Frank Maruca

A Central Connecticut State University graduate, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management, Frank excels at delivering exceptional service by aligning client needs with innovative project execution. His expertise in renovation and large-scale projects has earned him a reputation for consistent and effective communication ensuring successful project outcomes.

David Cotton

VICE PRESIDENT – SPECIALTY PROJECTS

David Cotton is an accomplished leader with extensive expertise in IT integration and mission-critical construction projects. A Harvard-certified strategist with a degree from Brandeis University, he has managed complex initiatives for financial services and critical infrastructure clients. Known for his problem-solving acumen and team-building skills, David drives innovation and efficiency, delivering projects that align with strategic business objectives.

Brett Carenzo

PROJECT EXECUTIVE

Brett Carenzo has over 15 years of experience in commercial construction, specializing in estimating, procurement, scheduling, and project management. A Central Connecticut State University graduate, Brett is OSHA 30-certified and holds the Associate Constructor National Certification. His dedication to precision, safety, and efficiency ensures seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.

Marc Gagnon has over 27 years of experience in the construction industry, managing complex projects across Higher Education, Life Science, and Healthcare sectors. He has successfully delivered initiatives ranging from $250,000 to $50 million, including mission-critical and design-build projects. Known for his effective management and communication skills, Marc fosters collaboration and aligns with client goals, ensuring successful outcomes.
